Thats fine, we require it to be cut flush or at maximum six inches off. 

*If rebar is sticking off concrete more than 6 inches we will not take it*

We prefer loads to be separated by material. If the materials are mixed together it requires more work on our end to recycle, thus dirty mixed loads incur a price increase.
